Rev Dwayne Morgan has served as our Pastor since November 2003. Prior to moving to Bournemouth, he was on staff at the Cathedral of Hope MCC in Dallas, Texas, USA. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Biblical Studies from Evangel University and did postgraduate studies at Perkins School of Theology at Southern Methodist University.

Rev Morgan was previously a minister with the Assemblies of God where he served as an associate pastor. He has also ministered in France with Teen Challenge, an outreach to troubled teens and young adults.

In addition to his position as Pastor of MCC, Rev Morgan served as a founding Trustee for the Bourne Free Festival.  He is active with the Sexual Orientation Networking Group of Bournemouth Borough Council and the LGBT Collective of the Southwest. He has previously served as a Trustee for Space Youth Project and has been active with LAGLO of the Dorset Police. Rev Morgan is frequently consulted for advice by various groups, charities and statutory organisations, as well as by various members of the press.
